An innovative and thought-driven leader, Katina Krittenen is the Sr. Director of Software Development at Charter Communications a Fortune 100 company, with over 20 years of experience in Technology and Communications and strives to develop high-performing teams through Diversity, Collaboration, and inclusion. Katina is passionate about driving innovation from within by honing her talents of development ideation, strategic planning, and delivery to identify areas for change and process improvement from within.
Katina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Development from Devry University and is an MBA candidate from Keller School of Management. An alumni of Namic’s prestigious NAMIC’s EDLP, Executive Leadership Development Program, Class XIX, and Pilot Class graduate of The Cable Center’s Intra Entrepreneur Program. Katina is also the recipient of the Women of Color- 2011 Stem Rising Star award.
In Katina’s free time she is devoted to her family and is an avid Artist, Creator, and Gardener.
HASHIM SABRIYE, VICE PRESIDENT

A service-oriented and forward-thinking visionary leader, Hashim is currently the Director of Data Platforms within the Digital Platforms organization at Charter Communications, where he leads cross-functional, self-managing, and high-performing talented teams that create complex, scalable, impactful products and solutions. Hashim is a result-oriented technology enthusiast and an innovations evangelist - pioneering innovative technology solutions to deliver value to customers. Hashim is adept at developing and managing teams and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to achieve organizational objectives.
Hashim has lived and studied on four continents and is fluent in five languages. Hashim is completing an MBA in Data Analytics and Finance at LSUS. In addition, he holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Management Sciences, both from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He also has a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Usman Institute of Technology, Hamdard University, Pakistan. Hashim holds the following technical industry certifications: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Data Center, Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect, JNCIP-ENT from Juniper, VCP-NV from VMware and OC-P from Ciena.
When not working, Hashim spends quality time with his family and friends. He also loves traveling and is a great mentor to others.

Jessica has worked in non-profit for more than 20 years with organizations such as the American Cancer Society, the National Kidney Foundation, and The SCORE Foundation. Throughout her career, Jessica has strived to raise funding for programs and services supporting marginalized and underrepresented communities. In her current role as Director of Major Gifts and Donor Engagement at the Foundation for Colorado Community Colleges, she is responsible for donor identification and engagement. As someone who started her own journey at a community college, Jessica is passionate about helping Colorado Community College System’s students from diverse backgrounds achieve their educational goals.

ALEXIS ANDERTEN, MEMEBERSHIP CHAIR
Sr Director - Regulatory, Charter Communications
Alexis Anderten has been in the telecommunications industry over 25 years. She started as an intern at Jones Intercable providing proof-of-performance testing for cable systems nationwide. Currently, she is the Senior Director, Regulatory at Charter Communications, where she oversees the federal technical compliance for Charter’s cable systems nationwide.
In her role she collaborates with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. She supports operations by monitoring new or proposed rules that affect the technical aspects of the outside plant and headend operations. In cooperation with the business leads, she develops and operationalizes compliance plans for rulemakings. She also tracks and reports on various technical regulatory compliance elements. In addition she develops internal and external regulatory partnerships to support and resolve compliance issues and obligations.
Alexis is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), and the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).Alexis lives in Centennial, Colorado with her husband.
KEELY BUCHANAN, BOARD ADVISOR

Keely Buchanan is a passionate ally for culture; employee experience and engagement; internal communications; event experience; diversity, equity, and belonging; and public education. She works to disrupt the workplace (and the world) for good. She is a creative data nerd, an imaginative and persistent problem solver, and executes with purpose and positivity. Keely has been in the Telecommunications Industry since 2001, starting her career as a Digital Media Specialist for Time Warner Cable’s National Training Center. In her role as Director, Event Experience & Internal Communications for Charter’s Product & Technology (P&T) Organization, she managed a $1.5M OpEx budget and was responsible for Reward, Recognition, and Community Building initiatives; annual: multi-day destination events, Executive Leadership Offsites and Meetings, pre-recorded and live Town Hall events; Executive presentations; and Internal and Executive Communications for the 8,000-FTE P&T org.
In 2023, Keely was inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers as one of its youngest members. In 2020, Keely was named the very first Cable Center (now Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center) Shining Star as part of the 2020 Cable Center Hall of Fame celebration. In 2019, she was named one of 11 Powder Day winners out of 500 Product org employees. In 2018, she was named The Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Network’s Global Chapter Advisor of the Year across all 24 International Chapters. In 2016, Keely was awarded the University of Denver’s Alumni Achievement Award, and she was named the WICT Global Chapter Leader of the Year. In 2015, she was named Multichannel News' Woman in Technology - Rising Star. In 2012, she was honored as a WICT Rocky Mountain (RM) Leader to Watch, and was named the 2011 WICT Global Chapter Volunteer of the Year. In 2009, Keely was named as one of CableFAX's 30 Women Under 30 on the Rise. Keely was selected for the 2007 WICT Global Rising Leaders class, and completed the WICT Global Executive Development Seminar in 2005. She also earned multiple nominations and wins for Time Warner Cable’s Mission & Values Performance (MVP) program, going to Puerto Rico as a company-wide winner in 2006.
Keely created two custom courses for Charter’s Technology Organization in 2017: Executive Communication & Presentations, and Executive Reporting, training over 300 employees.
Keely is a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). She holds a Certificate of Leadership Excellence and a Certificate of Management Excellence from the American Management Association (AMA), and a Training Manager Specialty Certification from Langevin Learning.
In 2024, she was invited to sit on the Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center Advisory Council. And, 2024 marks her eighth year as Chapter Advisor for the WICT Rocky Mountain Board of Directors. She served as the Board Vice President for two years and was Director of Board Operations for six years before that. She was selected for the inaugural WICT Global Emerging Leader Board in 2009 and established the WICT Network RM High School & College student STEM outreach programs, as well as its Strategic Partnerships initiative. She was an invited Ambassador for Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center for five years, and also sits on the Board of the Forgotten Adoption Option, an organization devoted to finding forever homes for the 100,000 children waiting in US Foster Care.
An alumnus of the University of Denver, Keely earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital Media Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with University & Departmental Honors. She is working towards her Master's Degree from her Alma Mater.
Keely lives in Denver with her two sons, co-runs a nonprofit that helps Colorado parents find best fit schools for students with disabilities, and supports REVEL, Colorado Public Radio, Rocky Mountain PBS, The Denver Hospice, Foster Love, and Planned Parenthood.
BARBARA NELMS, BOARD ADVISOR

arbara Nelms is a passionate advocate for creating the industry’s future leaders. She works every day to foster a creative and inclusive environment for her team and peers. She is a creative technologist that takes her inquisitiveness and connections to problem solve with purpose and positivity. She uses her creativity and nerdy technical aptitude to bring value to her organization.
Barbara has been in the Telecommunications industry since 2009, starting her career as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator at Virgin Mobile USA. When she moved to Florida, she started her MSO career at Bright House Networks in Tampa, FL. In her most recent role as a Director, Business Operations at Charter Communications, she is building out the training, engagement, and communications models for the Software Development and IT team.
She has also been a Portfolio & Reporting Manager at Paramount + (Paramount Global), where she owned Lean Portfolio Management within the global PMO supporting cross-functional agile scrum teams with a focus on continuous improvement in reporting and intake planning. During her time with P+, the portfolio delivered a partnership with T-Mobile, converged with Showtime, and launched the app in Italy, Ireland, and the Nordics.
In her previous roles at Charter, Barbara supported the Cloud & Infrastructure, Mobile BSS/OSS, Mobile Release Management and product teams. As Sr. Program Manager, Mobile for Charter Communications, she oversaw project deployment for non-customer facing projects and the release coordination of all the Company’s mobile features and functionality, including customer experience, Mobile App, 5G rate plans, and external and internal communications. In her previous role at Charter, Barbara served as Lead Project Manager for the Wireless Technology Group, delivering the launch of Spectrum Mobile as a new line of business for Charter.
She joined Charter in 2017 through its acquisition of Bright House Networks, an MSO provider. At Bright House Networks, she worked with several teams including Software Development, Billing Operations, Procurement and Network Engineering. Prior to Bright House Networks, she was a project coordinator for the software development team at Virgin Mobile USA in San Ramon, CA for the CITO’s office.
Barbara was named WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) Rocky Mountain Chapter President for the 2021-2022 term and the 2023 Walk of Fame Leader to Watch. She has also held the office of Vice President, Board Operations Director and Director of Marketing & Communications at the Florida chapter. She has been involved in WICT since 2011. Her passion for developing future leaders shines through her volunteer service. Her volunteer service has now extended to the SCTE Rocky Mountain and NAMIC Rocky Mountain chapters as there Marketing and Communications Lead and advisor, respectively.
As an alumnus of the University of South Florida, Barbara earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing Strategy as well as an undergraduate degree in Public Communications. She holds a PMP certification and is a passionate agile advocate. Barbara currently resides in the Denver metro area with her husband and four amazing children: 2 girls and 2 boys.
